Location: This role will be working primarily from our Content Studio located north of London.

What you will be doing: 

💡 Owning and driving social strategy across platforms to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and growth. In practice, this means: growing/ managing and or/ monetisting fb/ tik tok/ insta pages. 

💡 Building and leading an international team across 10 different countries—mentoring, inspiring, and overseeing video editors and content projects to maximize channel growth. Working across recruitment and hiring and filling in the gaps as we scale fast. 

💡 Analyzing and optimising content performance—what’s working, what can we dial down on. Innovating & Experimenting—constantly testing new content styles, formats, and growth hacks.Trend-spotting at lightning speed—identifying and executing on opportunities before anyone else does.

Not critical but added points if you have: 

💡 An interest in AI / AI content- its going to change the world. We want to be on the forefront.

💡 Experience building and scaling channels on mass.  Familiar with words like "business manager", "shadow banning" and "monetisation".
