Owning and driving social strategy across platforms to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and growth.
Leading a team—mentoring, inspiring, and overseeing video editors and content projects to maximize channel growth.
Analyzing and optimizing content performance—what’s working, what’s viral, and how to double down.
Innovating & Experimenting—constantly testing new content styles, formats, and growth hacks.
Trend-spotting at lightning speed—identifying and executing on opportunities before anyone else does.
