Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced E-commerce specialists to support the development and execution of our latest project, a subscription magic box, from the initial stages of strategic planning and product development to the launch, marketing, production pipeline logistics, and ongoing growth. If you have expertise with any or all of these areas, we'd love to receive your application! 

Our ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, collaborative, strategic, and have hands-on experience with supporting the launch and management of e-commerce businesses from A-Z.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the strategy and development of The Magic Academy, including: 

Project Development:

• Support the creation and evolution of the product from concept to reality. 

Testing and Product Market Fit:

• Help ascertain what specific product to launch and support the development of rapid testing methods to ascertain product-market fit.

Communication:

• Maintain communication with the team, providing regular updates on project progress.

Production Logistics:

• Support the development of production logistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and consistency of the product, incorporating customer feedback for enhancements.
