What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll run point on everything LinkedIn and X, from strategy to content to engagement. Here’s what the day-to-day looks like:

1. Strategize Like a Pro: You’ll take the reins on our LinkedIn and X strategy—crafting plans that not only get attention but deliver real results.
2. Create Scroll-Stopping Content: You’ll draft 15-25 posts a week that speak to our audience, grab attention, and showcase our brand’s voice.
3. Engage with the Community: Whether it’s responding to comments, jumping into conversations, or answering inbox messages, you’ll make sure the community feels seen and heard.
4. Dive into the Data: You’ll monitor performance, pull out key insights, and provide weekly reports to the team so we’re always leveling up.
5. Think Big and Bold: You’ll brainstorm creative ideas to grow our LinkedIn and X presence and help us stand out in a sea of sameness.
6. Team Up: You’ll collaborate with our social wizards to make sure our LinkedIn and X efforts align with our broader strategy.
7. Keep it All Running Smoothly: You’ll handle the day-to-day admin with precision so everything stays on track.

We’re not looking for someone who just “gets” Social Media —we want someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes it. Someone who knows how to take a platform and turn it into a powerhouse.

You’re a fit for this role if:

• You understand LinkedIn and X inside and out: You get the culture of the platform, know what works, and have ideas about how to push the boundaries.
• Your writing is razor-sharp: You know how to set the right tone, craft engaging posts, and make every word count.
• You are witty and funny: you can whip up funny, thought provoking posts.
• You’ve got a proven track record: You’ve managed pages, grown communities, and can point to real wins you’ve made happen.
• You thrive under pressure: Fast-paced environments don’t stress you out—they energize you.
• You create compelling graphics (Preferable but not Required): You are able to add relevant images/ graphics where needed.

Experience and Skills

• Your writing is top-tier: You have native-level written English and the ability to craft content that captivates, retains from start to finish, and inspires engagement.

• You’ve got the receipts: A proven track record in copywriting and community management, especially on LinkedIn, will make you stand out.
• You know the numbers: Social media analytics isn’t just a buzzword to you—you know how to read the data and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Your creativity is unmatched: You’re full of fresh ideas, have a stellar work ethic, and bring a sense of humor that keeps things fun.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A background in marketing or PR—those skills are always a plus.
