What You’ll Be Doing

As the Social Content Distribution Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of monetizing our video archive through licensing. Your mission: to turn content into cash and drive exponential growth.

1. Monetizing Gold: Develop and execute a licensing plan that maximizes the revenue potential of our viral video archive.
2. Closing Deals: Identify licensing opportunities with platforms, broadcasters, and advertisers, and bring them to life with killer negotiation skills.
3. Building Relationships: Create and maintain a network of industry contacts that help you secure and optimize deals.
4. Leading the Process: Manage the full licensing cycle—from the first conversation to signing contracts and delivering content.
5. Staying Ahead: Keep an eagle eye on trends and competitors to spot opportunities and stay ahead of the game.
6. Tracking Success: Regularly report on revenue performance, deals in the pipeline, and new growth opportunities.
